Matches are suggested based on your profile and preferences. We do not guarantee any particular outcomes or communications. Please exercise caution when interacting with others on and off the platform.

Paid Features

If the Service offers paid features, additional terms may apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Child Safety

WhosYum maintains strict policies against child sexual abuse and exploitation. Users must be at least 18 years old.
